Situated on the rocky coast of southern New Hampshire this custom water feature showcases a natural stepping stone path that leads over a monolithic granite bridge to a multi-hued bluestone terrace with surrounding pink granite seat walls. Each stone was carefully placed to balance the juxtaposition between the rectilinear terrace and natural free form elements of the water feature. The sound of water fills the space and compliments the scent of salt air. Originally designed as a fish pond, the water feature has been repurposed as an impromptu cooling spot for the grandchildren. Miss Kim lilacs perfume the spring air and seaside-loving blue hydrangeas grow alongside ornamental evergreens for year round beauty.
